What exactly is the 'goal' of ProjectThankYou.com? The goal is three-fold. To read more, click on What This Is on the left.
Is there any cost to taking part in ProjectThankYou.com? Just a couple minutes of your time.
How long should a Thank You Note be? Five words, five lines, five pages - whatever you want it to be.
Are there any limitations to keep in mind? Please do not include any attachments with your emails. In the heading of your email - please put: the name of the Current Project (i.e. Louisiana First Responders). At the end of your note, please be sure to include your first name, city and state (if you want, feel free to include your school or company name - but no last names or contact info).
Why should we thank people in someone else's community instead of our own? Like, if we're in Colorado, why should we write Thank You notes to First Responders in New Orleans instead of First Responders in Colorado? We'd say - why not do both? After all, that's the beauty of thank you notes. It's not like food or water where you'll run out. So, if you want, take part in ProjectThankYou.com and then, on your own, go ahead and write a thank you note to the First Responders (or teachers or anybody else who makes a difference) in your immediate community, too!
